Mouse Cursor is not Reset when Leaving RChart

Problem When the mouse cursor moves out of the RChart component fast, it retains the cursor type assigned by the component (say, cross or hand). It does not happen when the mouse is moved slowly.
Solution This is not a problem of RChart but of the Windows messaging system. See also hint 1 in the MouseAction page of the RChart help file.
