SearchForItemID

Declaration:function SearchForItemID (ItemID: longint): integer;

The method SearchForItemID returns the entry number of the corresponding database item specified by ItemID. The returned value is in the range of 1 to NumEntries. If the ItemID cannot be found the function returns a zero value. See Database Item IDs for background information.
