Declaration: property FStat: double;

The readonly property FStat returns the F statistic obtained from the ANOVA of the model (after calling CalculateModel).

Hint: Note that F statistic can be used to test whether all coefficients of the model are zero, or at least one of the coefficients is non-zero.
