Declaration: procedure FillDiag (value: double);

The method FillDiag sets all elements of the diagonal of the matrix to value.

Hint: The class TMa4D has no explicit method to clear the elements of the matrix. In order to reset all elements to zero values, the method Fill should be used.

Example: The statement Mat.FillDiag(2); fills all diagonal elements of the matrix Mat with the value 2.
